Helen (the bunny woman) has looked after our rabbit orlando twice now.The first time was in August and the second this week(october).We asked Helen if she could find him a little friend and she did just that! A lovely rescue bunny ,Barney!I would recommend this lady to anyone to look after their pet,just as Helen was recommended to me.Good luck Helen, carry on your good work and we'll let you know when the next holiday is booked!!! Tina at Waggy Tails
Tina and Dave are good friends of ours and have given us advice to make sure that we can offer the best possible service to our clients. They have said that they will refer any work to us if they are very busy as they know that we are trustworthy and reliable. We will keep in contact with each other to make sure that every potential client will definatley have their dog walked, even if one of us is fully booked. We can offer each other help, support and advice in the hopes that it will continue to improve the service of both Animal Crackers and Waggy Tails.
Helly and Casper
'Helen recently looked after my dog, Casper, after my original arrangements fell through. When I first introduced her to Casper it put my mind right at rest. It is immediately and glowingly obvious how much Helen loves animals and they got along from the start. She took time out to make sure he got along with the other animals in her care and really cared about what she could do to keep my boy safe and happy. Whilst I was away I got regular updates about how he was which really cheered me up! When I got back it was clear that he had been very happy and enjoyed his holiday! He even made friends with the rabbit! I would have no reservations at all about recommending Helen's services to anyone who wants the best for their pets.
Eve and Damon
I heard about Animal Crackers through Sheffield forum. Helen visited us to meet Damon and I immediately knew that she was the right person for the job; Damon is a rescue and can be a little nervous around new people, she knew exactly what to do to make him comfortable and relaxed, he not the easiest dog to deal with due to dog aggression problems, but I feel secure that Helen has the professional knowledge and experience to deal with this.
Damon is walked and fed for a two hour sessions and Helen has been really flexible fitting in extra times when required. Helen leaves a note to say what they have been up to and D seems really happy and contented when I return. I've been very happy with the service and would recommend Animal Crackers to anyone who wants the best care for their pet. I know Damon loves her visits!
